We work one-on-one during a period of nine months, through nine strategic steps. You’ll explore who you are now, what you want next, and how to bring your voice, value and vision into a role that fits.

You will be guided personally by Ellen, with tailored support, assessments, live sessions and powerful group days in exclusive locations.

Here’s what’s included:

  • 9-month personal coaching programme guided by Ellen
  • Continuous personal access via WhatsApp and email for support and reflection
  • 3 in-person half-day deep dive sessions (assessment, feedback, strategic planning)

Online and coaching session

Where are you now? What do you want from this phase of your life and career? Is this your Grand Finale — the moment where everything comes together in one meaningful, visible role? We start with clarity and intention.

2. Assessment

Online and in-person half-day session

We map your strengths, experience, ambitions and development needs. What do you bring? What is your potential? What still wants to grow?

3. Deep insights

In-person half-day session

We dive into the results. Many experience this session as life-changing. You’ll gain deeper self-knowledge and learn to step into your leadership with confidence and clarity.

4. Translation

Online and coaching

You begin crafting your positioning. What is your value? What are your success stories? We turn insights into language and stories you can use.

5. Branding

Exclusive in-person group day

Using your material from module 4, we refine your professional brand. Think CV, LinkedIn, presence, and language. You learn to express who you are, clearly and powerfully.

6. Stategic plan

In-person half-day session 

You are the project manager of your own career. We make a concrete, strategic plan and begin executing it. You take the lead, supported by Ellen. 

7. Interview & assessment training

Access to online training and live practice session

At the right moment, you practise interview and assessment techniques with Ellen. Fully personalised, when it’s most relevant.

8. Introduction to my excellent network

You take action. You start networking with intention and receive personal introductions where relevant. Ellen activates her trusted network to connect you with meaningful people and opportunities. You start with applying for opportunities.

9. Landing

Online coaching session

You’ve accepted your new role. Together we prepare for your first 90 days. How do you arrive with presence and clarity?

Your investment in a powerful and purposeful transition

This is a bespoke, high-level programme. It’s built for depth, direction and real transformation. The investment for this 9-month programme is € 12.500 (excl. VAT). Payment in instalments is possible upon agreement. We also explore, where relevant, whether your organisation can cover (part of) the investment.
