“Deep, spacious conversations create room for conscious leadership to emerge and evolve”
1.
Open free conversation
We start with an open, pressure-free conversation to get to know each other. We take time to explore your question, your context and your intention.
2.
Personal meeting or follow-up
If we recognise the potential and value of working together, we look at what is needed to begin. This may include a personal meeting or a follow-up online.
3.
Align expectations and collaboration
If the situation is more complex, a second conversation may follow, for example with someone from your Board or HR. We align expectations and explore how we could work together.
4.
Clear proposal
Once we’re aligned, you’ll receive a clear proposal outlining our collaboration. Sessions take place online or in-person at exclusive and quiet locations.
High potential development
Identifying, nurturing and retaining high-potential individuals is one of the most valuable investments an organisation can make. These are the people who carry the future and yet, true potential often remains unseen. Personal bias, internal politics or limited HR capacity can cloud decision-making. With my extensive experience in recognising, selecting and developing high-potential professionals, I support organisations in unlocking the leadership that’s already present. The result is not just stronger succession, but a culture where talent thrives and governance matures.
“I thought I needed new skills. What I really needed was to stand in who I already was. Ellen helped me see that, and act from it.”
What others say
Due to the confidential and high-level nature of my work, testimonials are not shared publicly with names. If you’d like to speak to someone I’ve worked with, I will gladly connect you personally for a reference.
“I stepped into my role with confidence, in a remarkably short time.”
“I stepped into my role with confidence, in a remarkably short time.”
Just over a year ago, I began my role as a board member. While I knew the theory — thanks to my background and education — this position demanded something else from me: to stand firmly in my high heels and apply my influence differently, both within the organisation and the wider region.
It was incredibly valuable to have Ellen by my side. Especially in this politically sensitive context, she guided me in developing the right leadership style and competencies. Together we worked on a clear vison and strategic plan for the organisation.
Last month, I received a wonderful compliment from the Supervisory Board “We knew you would grow into the role eventually, but the way you stepped up so quickly deserves all the respect — you’re doing a fantastic job.”
That compliment felt like a clear confirmation of the growth I had gone through. The fact that I now stand confidently in my role is in no small part thanks to Ellen’s support and wise guidance.

Three years ago, I was introduced to Ellen through a colleague and asked her to support me in preparing for a CIO position within our international organisation. The collaboration was intense, personal and deeply enriching. Ellen guided me through the entire application process, and although there were twelve strong candidates, I was offered the role.
Because I experienced how valuable our collaboration was, Ellen has remained my sparring partner and trusted guide. It’s a gift to spend a day with her, in the stillness and nature, I reconnect with myself. Her questions and reflections can be confronting, but I always return home with fresh insight and a long list of ideas.
The Executive Board also recognises my continuous development — we are already discussing my next step. I’m now being considered as a potential successor for a future position on the board.
